Today she features three beautifully restored cabins with king-size beds, an original cockpit preserved for exploration, and the same first-class finishes that once hosted world leaders. Dinner is included — served on board by our crew in true VIP fashion.

- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
- Full payment is required 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival
- Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT
- Check-in: 14:00 (2pm) until 20:00 (8pm)
- Check-out: by 10:00 (10am)
- Please inform us of your estimated arrival time when booking
- Late check-in can be arranged with prior notice
- Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability
- Adults-only in the Boeing 737 cabins — no guests under 12
- The Boeing 727 Presidential welcomes children of all ages
- No smoking inside aircraft cabins or indoor areas
- No pets allowed on the property
- Aerotel is not wheelchair accessible
- 60+ days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 45–60 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee
- Less than 45 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
